Biography

Dr. Laura Jok teaches in the Blugold Seminar in Critical Reading and Writing at the Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ-Eau Claire. She previously taught at Kenyon College and earned a PhD at the University of Illinois at Chicago and an MFA at the University of Houston. A former Luminarts Cultural Foundation fellow, her short stories appear in New Ohio Review, Alaska Quarterly Review, ³§´Ç³Ü’w±ð²õ³Ù±ð°ù, The Florida Review, Green Mountains Review, Nimrod International Journal, Chicago Quarterly Review, and Juked. Her literary criticism appears in the James Joyce Quarterly. She is at work on a novel.
