Labor Condition Applications Notice
In compliance with Department of Labor requirements for employers petitioning for non-immigrant work visas, positions for which the Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµâ€“Eau Claire intends to hire non-immigrant employees are listed below. Candidates have already been selected to fill the positions. The Labor Condition Application is not a posting for an open position. Each LCA Notice will be posted for a minimum of ten (10) consecutive business days, starting on the date the LCA was filed with the Department of Labor.
Complaints alleging misrepresentation of material facts in the labor condition application and/or failure to comply with the terms of the labor condition application may be filed with any office of the Wage and Hour Division of the United States Department of Labor.
All labor condition applications pertaining to these positions are available for public inspection at the Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµâ€“Madison International Faculty and Staff Services (IFSS), 21 N. Park Street, Suite 5101, Madison, WI 53715.
