The Party Registry System is a partnership with the UW-Eau Claire Student Senate and the City of Eau Claire Police Department.

Students can register their parties and social gatherings through the on Blugold Connect +. Registering your party grants you the opportunity to receive a phone call warning from the police in the event that noise complaints are received in the area for your party. After receiving a call, the tenants of the registered party will have a 20-minute window to get all party guests to quiet down and vacate the premises.

*All parties MUST be registered 48 hours before they start.

will connect you with legal professionals who can help with a variety of legal matters. The help they can provide depends on the legal matter. It may include:

• Advice: Providing legal counsel, including options and next steps based on your specific situation.
• General assistance: Helping you complete forms, sharing information about court procedures or available resources, and providing guidance on self-representation.
• Referral: Connecting you with a resource.
• Full Representation: Working with you for an entire legal proceeding.

Blu is the official student body mascot of UW-Eau Claire. They became part of the Blugold family in 2013 as part of a student-led initiative to increase school spirit, and you can often see them around the UW-Eau Claire Campus and in the Eau Claire Community.

The Housing Coordinator serves as the advocate and contact point for student housing both on and off campus. They work collaboratively with the Housing Committee, other Housing and Residence Life staff, including the Residence Hall Association, as well as landlords and city officials to ensure students have equitable housing.
